Are you looking for something different?  Something to spice up your evening?  Yumi has you covered with their Neo-Asian Experience.  Influenced by the cuisine from southeast Asia, Chef Shuenn takes pride in his kitchen and demands a great deal from his classically trained sushi chefs.

Chef Shuenn offers up a number of classic dishes and a few that give nod to his surrounding: we're partial to the Sandy Hook!

Each year, Yumi graciously donates a few of their signature dishes to Sunset at Sandy Hook, providing guests with the finest of sushi and worldly flavors.

Yumi, translated, means "most beautiful."  We couldn't think of a more appropriate name--it is truly a representation of their cuisine.
