At the Marine Academy of Science and Technology’s (MAST) commencement on June 21, 2016 on Pershing Field in Sandy Hook, NJ, Catie Tobin, COA’s Marine Science Program Manager was awarded Mentor of the Year for her work with students throughout the school year.
