On Saturday, July 21, 2018 Beth Herbruck hosted a fabulous Good Folk Supper Club event supporting COA at the Water Witch Club at Monmouth Hills in Highlands, NJ. Beth put on such an amazing event along with Chef Cesare De Chellis, B2 Bistro and Opici Wines. Cindy Zipf spoke on efforts to clean up our waterways while Matty Gregg & Scott Lennox of Forty North Oyster Farms and Barnegat Oyster Collective spoke to the importance of NJ’s aquaculture and the future of sustainable seafood.
