DEP to Hold Public Hearing on NESE Fresh Water Permit

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection will hold a public hearing on November 5, at 6:00 p.m. at the Franklin High School. The hearing will focus on the Freshwater Wetlands
Individual Permit for the proposed project. Public comments will be taken during the hearing, and written comments will be accepted until November 20. Clean Ocean Action will be submitting comments. A coalition of environmental groups opposed to the project will be hosting a rally outside the hearing beginning at 5:30.
